Beginner jump rope workout to burn fat in 10 minutes at home. This is a full body workout in just 10 minutes. It has short bursts of 30 seconds of jumping rope with 30 second body weight exercise in-between. You choose the intensity. Either way you’ll get an amazing workout and burn calories, FAST.

Circuit 2- Abs
30 sec jump rope
10 sec rest
30 sec mountain climbers
10 sec rest
30 sec jump rope
10 sec rest
30 sec plank jacks
1 min REST
Circuit 3- Arms
30 sec jump rope
10 sec rest
30 sec walk outs
10 sec rest
30 sec jump rope
10 sec rest
30 sec tricep dips
Repeat 2x for 20 minute workout
