15 min AB workout with jump rope for FAT LOSS. If you want to show your abs off we need to burn fat while building muscles. This workout will HIT your abs from all angles and we will burn fat with short bursts of jumping rope in-between.

Perfect balance to sculpt your abs. :-)


15 min AB BLAST WORKOUT:

2 circuits 2x

Warm-up 1 min

1 min jump rope

10 sec rest

45 sec flutter kicks

10 sec rest

45 sec scissor kicks

10 sec rest

1 min jump rope

REST 1 min

1 min jump rope

10 sec rest

45 sec sprinter sit-ups

10 sec rest

45 sec plank spiderman

10 sec rest

1 min jump rope

REST 1 min

1 min jump rope

10 sec rest

45 sec double crunch

10 sec rest

45 sec crunches

1 min jump rope
