30 sec jump rope side straddle
10 sec rest
30 sec squat jacks
10 sec rest
30 push ups
10 sec rest
30 double unders
REST 1 min
30 sec jump rope butt kicks
10 sec rest
30 sec jump squats
10 sec rest
30 mtn. Climbers
10 sec rest
30 sec double unders
REST 1 min
30 sec jump rope high knees
10 sec rest
30 sec jump lunges
10 sec rest
30 plank shoulder taps
10 sec rest
30 double unders
