Best 30 minute workout to BURN fat with your jump rope and TONE your body with weights. This is a FULL BODY 30 minute jump rope HIIT workout with weights. Each circuit will target a different area of your body. You’ll be alternating between 90 seconds of jumping rope and 1 minute of exercises with weights. I’ll be switching it up each circuit to keep it fun and challenging.


30 minute workout DEETS:


Circuit 1 ABS-

90 sec jump rope

60 sec russian twists with weight

90 sec jump rope

60 sec sit ups with weight at chest

1 min REST


Circuit 2 ARMS-

90 sec jump rope

60 sec upright row to triceps kickbacks

90 sec jump rope

60 sec bicep curl to overhead press

1 min REST


Circuit 3 BOOTY

90 sec jump rope

60 sec hip bridge with weight

90 sec jump rope

60 sec squat to bicep curl

1 min REST


Circuit 4 LEGS

90 sec jump rope

60 sec Reverse lunge to lateral raise

90 sec jump rope

60 sec lateral lunge to front raise

1 min REST


Circuit 5 BACK

90 sec jump rope

60 sec reverse fly

90 sec jump rope

60 sec tricep extensions

1 min REST
